About Me



Hi there! I'm Lisa Woolfson, a broadcast journalism and government and politics student at the University of Maryland graduating in May. Ever since I was little I've loved taking photographs. I have a passion for photojournalism and for travel journalism specifically. My photography has been featured in the New Jersey Star-Ledger, Washington Jewish Week, and in on-campus publications. Everywhere I go, I bring my Nikon DSLR 5600. I also have a camera collection that I add to whenever I visit an antique store including a Polaroid, an accordion-style camera and more. When I'm not taking pictures, I like to read, write, hike, and of course travel. My goal is to do travel photography professionally, and specifically landscape and animal photography.
